Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy and your order is shipped. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. Ulasfashions.com strives to provide accurate pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. Ulasfashions.com cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error in pricing, Ulasfashions.com reserves the right, at Ulasfashions.com sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, Ulasfashions.com may, at Ulasfashions.com discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We do our best to provide you with great values on the Site(s) as well as in our stores. However, sometimes a price online does not match the price in a store. In our effort to be the lowest price provider, store pricing will sometimes differ from online prices. If you find a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition, undamaged condition and in original packaging with packing reciept. Please see our Return Policy.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new purchase!

But if are not completely satisfied with your online purchase you may apply for a "Return" or exchange , with in 14 days of of receiving your shipment via mail. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded*. Please see the list of Non-returnable and returnable items.

*If the return or exchange is on behalf of our mistake and as long as the item is still in its original packaging, unopened, unworn it may qualify for an exchange as long as the item is still in stock, if it is not available we will refund your money upon receiving the item(s). Please contact us for shipping refunds.

**All returns and exchanges are subject to our inspection in order to conform to ulasfashions.com return and exchange policy. Once we recieve and inspect the merchandise we will refund you your money back.

***All returns and exchanges have to be in unworn, undamaged and in original packaging accompanied by the original packing slip.

 

Exchanges

Because our merchandise quantities are limited, we strongly recommend that you do not exchange items as it is likely that the item(s) you want will no longer be available. In order to get the item(s) you want as quickly as possible, simply place a new order and "Return" the unwanted item for a refund if it qualifies.

We are unable to honor previous sale prices or promotions when you place your new order.

 

Non-Returnable

Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns on:

Women: Panties, Babydolls, Bodysuits, Hosiery, Teddies, Swimwear, Brassieres, and Lingerie, Sleepwear.

Men: Underwear, Sportswear, Socks, Undergarments, Swimwear. Sleepwear

Clearance and Blow out Merchandise

All Clearance and Blow out items are sold AS IS and are not returnable or exchangeable.
